Is the reference to "He" the King of England or our Federal Politicians?

Take the time to reread the grievances laid out in the Declaration of Independence, remembering these were the reasons given by the Founders to justify a war against their own nation and king. We cannot let, after so short a time, the system they established to be corrupted into as bad, or worse, a tyrannical regime. They risked their lives, and many gave them, to defend their liberty. Will we not inconvenience or embarrass ourselves to be vocal, committed, active, freedom-loving citizens, risking whatever comes, to peacefully but confidently resist the tyranny of the secular-humanist Progressive machine? Pelosi says "nazi", others scream "racism", and Pres. Obama warns conservatives who believe in state's rights that they are a threat to America…Forget about it!
